Custom
mosaic terms and fees are dependent on several factors including:
Materials,
size, complexity of design, interior or exterior application.

SERVICES CAN INCLUDE:
Design
of Mosaic

Preliminary
meetings
- Preliminary
sketches
- Review of
sample materials
- Review of
sketches and ideas
- Final drawings/plans
and selection of materials (drawings must be approved by client's
signature)
Fabrication
of Mosaic
Local
Delivery of Mosaic (shipping can be arranged if needed)
Oversee Installation of Mosaic (If within local Monterey
area, I can be present on-site at time of installation if agreed
upon)
FEES:
Design Fees: A design
fee is required to develop a design concept and produce color
drawings, patterns and/or sample boards. Fees are based on
complexity of the design and the individual needs of the client. The
minimum design fee is $150.
Fabrication
Fees: 50% of total cost (price plus tax) is due prior to start of fabrication. The
remaining 50% of total cost is due upon completion of custom
mosaic and before item is shipped.
*Quote price does NOT include sales tax.
My fees do NOT
include installation of mosaics.
